Performances and Features

--Applying to sawing sorts of aluminum profiles for doors/windows and curtain walls by cutting at angles 22.5º/67.5°,45º and 90º .
--High quality servo motors are adopted. LCD touching display screen for operating control, through which the cutting lengths and angles are inputted.
  The automatic positioning for profile's length is available.
--Saw-straight-outgoing mode, connected parallelly with hydro-pneumatic control system, so as to ensure the feeding stability of the saw blades at stepless speed.
--The two sets of clamping cylinders clamp the profiles from two different directions horizontally and vertically, that makes the clamps more reliable.
--Hard alloy blade, automatic cooling spray device
--Attached holding rack makes clamping easier.
--Automatic feeding and cutting.
